School Performances	3K–5th	Daily	All Year	Students learn and rehearse song and dance to perform with their class or grade during holiday assemblies
Friday Clubs	K–5th	Fridays 1–2pm	All Year	Students select from clubs including cooking, track, chorus, dance, newsletter, crafts and more. 2 semesters per year
Class Trips	K–5th	1–2x / semester	All Year	Teachers take advantage of all NYC has to offer with trips to museums, theatre and more
Learning Gardens	1st–2nd	2x / month	All Year	Students connect with the natural world through a focus on sustainability and stewardship
Inside Broadway	3K–K	Fridays	Spring	NYC based company that provides theatre programs at more than 100 schools each year helps our students build a musical
Swim 4 Life	2nd	Thursdays	Spring	Students get pool-time and instruction at their current skill level
Girls Empowerment Book Club	4th–5th	Thursdays	Spring	Provides students with a dedicated space to build confidence and social skills through literature
Debate Team	3rd–5th	Weekly	Winter/Spring	Students practice oratory skills and compete against other schools in the district and city

Early Childhood Afterschool Program	3K, PreK, K	Daily 2:20–5:00PM	All Year	Providing a safe, nurturing environment that bridges the gap between school and home by fostering social-emotional growth, physical activity, and creative exploration through structured play.
The Leadership Program	1st–5th	Daily 2:20–5:00pm	All Year	Teaching artists lead students in programs including Drama, Dance and Puppet-Making alongside sports and homework help
Belongo / Afro Latin Jazz	2nd–5th	Tues / Fri	Winter / Spring	Students choose an instrument, study with instructors and prepare for an end-of-program performance
Chess Club	K–5th	Tues / Wed 7am	Spring	Students hone their strategies and skills in preparation for an all school tournament
Early Rise ELL Program	K–5	Tuesday / Wednesdays 7:00–8:00am	All Year	Accelerating language acquisition and foundational reading skills for English Language Learners through targeted, small-group instruction before the traditional school day begins.
Ready to Soar Afterschool Program	3–5	Wednesdays / Thursdays 2:20–4:15PM	Winter / Spring	Empowering your child to ace the NYS exams through focused, small-group prep designed to build essential skills and test-day confidence.
